Medics HELP is a not-for-profit organization. We do not have any paid staff. Our entire operation is run and managed by volunteers and we rely completely on the hard work of our volunteers and the donations of generous individuals like you to meet our needs.

Please note that as we are currently awaiting official registration as a charity under the Income Tax Act. While we are a non-profit organization with charitable objectives

We do not anticipate any significant problems with registration but we are obliged to inform you that registration as a Charity under the Income Tax Act can never be guaranteed. For this reason we can not issue any offical tax-deductible receipts until formal registration has been obtained.

We are always need volunteers from all walks of life assisting implementation of each project.

While our focus is primarily medical relief (making those with medical qualifications highly in-demand)

Our Kenya Community Centre and Clinic project requires skilled and unskilled volunteers to assist with planning and facility construction.

Frequent Questions

1. You would be going to Nairobi 2 Deployments are a minimum of 3 weeks. Many people has done safaris after the deployment. 3. You would be billeted with a host family. Currently they are just outside Nairobi in a town called Ngong. 4. We arrange your flight and connections and transport while on deployment.

5. We make teams ideally a year in advance

6. Risks are different diseases in Africa. Most of which we can get immunizations for. In terms of personal safety 8. We have packages for you and you will have multiple meetings with your group prior to departure.
